If he has money then I don't see why he shouldn't get a GTX 690 if he prefers it. It is more power efficient than two 7970's anyway but not as good for bitcoin mining :(. Anyways considering that the Phantom 410 is on sale for $60 at my Microcenter right now i'd say it's the best budget case. HOT DAMN LOOK AT THAT DESIGN. HOT DAMN |
