EDIT:With intel, if you want to overclock you pay a little extra for an unlocked processor, which has a "k" at the end. Then when you get it, you can overclock.

Well, when i used both those, the price dropped a tab because of a $60 deal for the i5 3750k, what would you suggest for a better graphics card?

its both
the i5-3570k is "unlocked" which means it is able to be overclocked
