[MEGATHREAD] Personal Computer - Updated builds thanks to Logical Increments

So I've got a Sapphire Radeon HD 7970, stock clock, all that jazz

I've also got a PCI-E 2.0 wireless card

It seems that, since the wireless card is directly under the GPU, after playing any game that utilizes my gpu, my wireless quality begins to degrade.

My GPU has fans on the bottom. I have come to a solution:
If I move the wireless card above the GPU, the GPU's rays of evil heat shouldn't destroy my internet quality. Only problem is I only have one PCI-E 3.0 16x slot and one PCI-E 2.0 16x slot. If the GPU were to go into the PCI-E 2.0 16x slot, would it be bottlenecked? If it would at all, I'm not moving the GPU and I ask of you how I should solve this problem.

ShadowsfeaR:
The new HD 7990 officially benchmarked faster than the Titan by an average of a 30% margin.

nothing surprising
7990 is 2 7970's video cards together, titan is a single video card

titan is still better per single gpu
Mr.jacksaunt:
You people aren't impressed by anything.
You really really need to mention that the new 7990 has a price tag of $999 and preforms much better versus nvidia's $999 card.
