After you reset your BIOS it automatically brings you to the BIOS screen when you start up the next time.

He was just asking how to get into the BIOS. Not navigating it.

Resetting the BIOS is an awful way to get to the setup screen. During the POST it should display showing what key to press to enter setup. A keyboard is needed to run practically anything.
