also i can't find ONE good Lenovo gaming desktop that can get decent FPS on modern games.

You can't "Upgrade" anything on a laptop except for the RAM and HDD.

I'm sorry, but if you don't have the time to educate yourself on building a PC you won't be able to properly maintain a pre-build performance desktop, nor will you be able to afford it as easily either.
If you want a gaming desktop, build it. You can't go wrong.
