I keep getting a BSOD that says "a clock interval interrupt was not received on a secondary processor" and in the BOSD viewer program it says there was something up with ntoskrnl.exe

Quick Question: So im testing my 3570k (OC 4.2ghz) in Prime 95 and my max voltage is 1.03V and my temperature after a few minutes is the mid-upper 60. Is the voltage safe for this stable overclock?
