[MEGATHREAD] Personal Computer - Updated builds thanks to Logical Increments

The last I heard, the sweet spot for 3570ks is 4.2 @ 1.1, with lower voltage being even better for ivy bridge. Upper 60's is well within the realm of a "safe" temperature, so as long as you ran the load testing for long enough (as koopa said), you should be golden

If you have to ask this you've probably not done either of those. You might actually have a faulty processor. Look up how to investigate.
