But seriously, a constant 60 is fine. Actually starting at like a constant 40ish is just fine, atleast for me. |

I was just wondering if maybe my GPU was performing poorly or if there is a defect. Then again he might be BSing since he just got his new computer yesterday and might just want to brag about it. |
