[MEGATHREAD] Personal Computer - Updated builds thanks to Logical Increments

His aspect ratio is 16x9. I changed mine to that to see if there is a difference but its exactly the same. And I also updated my drivers 2 months ago.

Is it a max of 60, if so you probably have V-Sync on. Also he could be at a lower resolution. But seriously, a constant 60 is fine. Actually starting at like a constant 40ish is just fine, atleast for me.

I turned Vsync off and it was the same. I was just wondering if maybe my GPU was performing poorly or if there is a defect.
Then again he might be BSing since he just got his new computer yesterday and might just want to brag about it.
