You might be able to find a cheaper motherboard. I looked around on the partpicker website and found some motherboards that, according to their statistics, are the same but are cheaper. However, I am pretty certain that they don't give all of the important information because a lesser model of the motherboard you chose was shown to be almost exactly the same.

The motherboard is actually on a combo on Newegg. 4770k and the motherboard and it's -$100.
