[MEGATHREAD] Personal Computer - Updated builds thanks to Logical Increments

Okay, so I tried CCleaner, it seemed to work for a few minutes. Everything wasn't as slow- but now it seemed to have gone right back to being slow.

Forgive me for being computer illiterate, but I wanna know if this CPU(Maybe even this) will work with my motherboard. That website probably tells me what I can put on it, but I just wanna double check with you guys.

Is there anything I should get in addition to the CPU? Like thermal paste or something.
Also, would it be safe to buy one used from Ebay?
