IMO, get a 1x4 stick of ram so you can upgrade later. Also the mobo doesn't have a very good review score.

Need some airflow advice.
Would implementing this airflow cool my GPU pretty well? Right now it idles at 51C, sometimes going as high as 77C (during gaming) and I have a 120mm at 1 pulling in and a 120mm at 3 pulling out. It's a 7970.
Also my motherboard only has two chassis fan connectors, so I might get a fan controller. How do fan controllers work? Where do they go? How do they connect?
EDIT: My room is usually between 65-80F
