Is there anything wrong with this build?

Im mostly concerned with the R4's retention of heat by stuff like the CPU Cooler, since the top dual 120/140mm fans are padded instead of used, also I originally wanted the Dark Rock 2 CPU Cooler but sources said that was LOUDER (so much for be quiet...) than the NZXT Havik 140.

NZXT Havik is a bad time, it's not very powerful for cooling. A good cooler for that kind of a build is either a Corsair H100i or a Noctua NH-D14/Phanteks PH-TC14PE. Or do a custom watercooled rig. :D

I would go Phantek. When I bought my NH-D14 I read that it was best. But then the Phanteks turned out to be about the same, I should of got one of them since they look so much better than Noctua even if it had was slightly worse. I don't even overclock hard enough for it to matter.

ADDENDUM: I have since changed the DVD Drive out for a better one that is Blu-Ray capable.

2 things i would recommend
first of all
jesus loving christ that psu is so overpriced, i got my xfx signature 650 w psu for 60 bucks and its considered really great
200 is just too much unless its made out of diamonds

and 2
i would recommend a caviar black instead of that barracuda
if it was me, i would actually get a single 2 tb caviar black harddrive instead of ssd for windows and hdd for everything else, it would eradicate some problems later on

I wanted quietness overall, but I look to not overheat the CPU especially in an R4 that puts more emphasis on soundproofing their vents.

Actually, I was considering the H100i at one point but I am mainly concerned with two questions regarding that:

1] Is it quieter than contemporary CPU Coolers that cool just as good (ie I guess Dark Rock 2 CPU Cooler by Be Quiet! or what you said above) and,
2] May sound like a silly question, but can the sound proof padding stay on above the radiator? I'd presume not but the fans for the front of the case have padding, but those are intakes.
