The PSU is actally "too much (aka: no need for this much)" for the build. But I also get a tad extra in my build as a safe measure.
Tlp300²:
okay, i'm probably gonna go with your build, thanks

Also, if you wanted to, you could upgrade the cpu for about 20 bucks more and get the FX series (it's what I would do but I was trying to work with your budget)

Processor: Intel i5 3570K @ 3.5 ghz (LGA 1155)
RAM: 32 GB @ ~1066 mhz
PSU: ~1000 watts (Gold, Silver or Bronze?)
GPU: Geforce GTX 670
Motherboard: MSI Z77A-G45
Case: A MSI or a Antec case?

slow-ass ram, anything under 1333 or 1600 makes me feel weird
1000 watt psu wtf
are you gonna be running triple SLI titans or something?
if you aren't gonna be adding more cards in the future, something like 500w is more than enough
get the i5 4670k instead of the 3570k (you're gona need a new mobo)
get the 770 instead of the 670
