The PC isn't for sale anymore because he no longer has to sell it, HOWEVER another chance for a cheap computer came along.

Judging by how it says dynamic I suppose so.
Also the model of laptop does not have a built-in camera. Its just that picture showing it does.
Its still a half tablet half laptop
