oh my oh my, things are a bit pricey there in kangaroolandia. alright
first of all, the graphics card is not available in that store you chose. second of all, i would recommend getting 2 sticks of 4GB instead of 1 stick of 8GB because if you have 2 or 4 sticks, ram runs in dual-channel mode, aka twice the speed
can't help you much more than that since i have no clue about the pricing of parts there
but if you can, you should probably get the r7 270x which i found for about 20 bucks more at your australian store http://www.scorptec.com.au/computer/51912-his-r9270x-2gd5
its about 20% to 30% better than the 650ti from what i've seen

unless you are overclocking your cpu you don't need a 3rd party cooler, a decent cooler already comes with the cpu

cowman, i'm in aus and i recommend mwave.com.au

prices are decent and they have really great sales from time to time

new cpu, bad temp sensor?

edit:
I also overclocked it to 84,029 MHz :cookieMonster:

I think overdrive is malfunctioning or something.

your cooler's fans will be breaking the sonic barrier soon enough

Does anyone here know if Intel's 4600 graphics can run TF2 well? (Only asking because it'll be at the end of next week when I get my actual graphics card and I haven't been playing much else recently)

it can run tf2 on high settings at 60 fps

Does anyone know what exactly AMD CPU Overdrive Auto-Tune feature does? I wanna try it, but I'm afraid I'll mess something up.

it is a self destruct feature integrated into amd cpus which explodes your pc to hide valuable information from hackers

well actually it just automatically overclocks your cpu, its not dangerious since its an official program from amd

Hmm... Ok, I don't think I wanna do it. I was searching google, and found this. These people are saying it's crap, so... Also, I know I can't really get anything good/worthwhile, seeing as I have a stock cooler.

EDIT: Would I see an improvement in game if I overclocked my FX-4130?

depends on how much you overclock, but dont expect any improvements over 5fps

I'm gonna use it soon. I'll let you know how it works out on my FX-8320. it's running 3.5 ghz right now but I'm gonna try 4.5 ghz since I have a good cooler. I prefer to overclock using my BIOS but I'm gonna use amd-overdrive to get a better idea of what I should change things to

EDIT: What program do you guys use to measure temperature and view your components?
