Server Per Player Vehicle/Bot limit

Basically a addon that restricts how many vehicles or Bots a player can have.

This prevents people on freebuilds or fortwars to have 10 vehicles and have them complain about the physics vehicle limit being hit.

/Set PVehicleLimit 2(Or whatever number)
/PVehicle Limit Off
/PVehicle Limit On

/PBot Limit 4(Or Whatever Number)
/PBot Limit Off
/PBot Limit On

And even better RTB prefs if possible.

also there is no reason this isn't possible in Blockland.

The bot limit already exists. The physics vehicle limit should exist but it doesn't already exists.
