How many players could I fit on a server?

It's a quote from Badspot, and I think you're misunderstanding something.
Learn what the units mean and how to convert between them. Capital letters matter.

When vehicles are in the picture, since the OP has enough upload bandwidth, the question turns into "can the game support this" rather than "can my internet support this".

Alright OP, point is that you can have a lot of people on your server. The best way to find out exactly how many is to host a server with a lot of people.
