Someone Suggested Chess

A person asked me (Idk who it was I don't remember) if it would be ok if I could make chess the old fashioned way.
I said hmm I'll think about it. So I wanna ask the forums. Should I or should I not make a chess game on Blockland? (Not A Gamemode)

No like in an actual Chess Game with moving pieces and move deciding. I don't think I can do it in a GUI
