Mouse Steering for cars

What it does: Allows the mouse to steer the vehicle you are driving, like a flying vehicle.

I got this idea when playing on a racing server. I played after 3 laps, and realized that the controls for steering were awful. So after some thinking, I came up with this idea.

This is possible in Option, I believe.
