| How do I know who to promote to admin? |

I'm thinking of hosting a racing sever and since I idle a lot I need some admins to watch over. I don't really know most of the players. So how do I know who to promote to admin? P.S. trying to stay away from using admin apps. |

Host the server yourself for a while. Then based off of the maturity and frequency that players join your server, pick someone there. |
