| How do I know who to promote to admin? |

I agree about choosing people you trust most. However, concerning admin applications, I believe that if you use applications, administration must be difficult to get. Applications are not a very bad idea if you don't have that many trustable friends on BL (Like me) yet as I said, you need to choose the applications wisely. Don't accept somebody who just puts "I'll ban noobs" as an admin. Admin applications should be: 1. A last resort 2. Fact checked 3. VERY difficult to be accepted through. But if you can, do it the old fashioned way and just host by yourself until you trust people. |

Don't be such a false dichotomy, maaaan. Just because they're your friends doesn't mean they're good administrators. I'm not suggesting he promote strangers, I'm saying friendship shouldn't be a sole requirement. |
