| How do I know who to promote to admin? |

You could start by making outstanding individuals moderators, if you get such a mod. Promote them later as you see fit. |

Run applications for the moderator position. Remove right or promote to mature people, who have the ability to be respectful admins. Drawback: Some 40000 ID can get Mod and just forget with it, kicking everyone. |
