Making Water With Mission Editor

I was wondering how I can make good realistic water that will hurt you with Mission Editor. I was on Jirue's server yesterday and he had water that would hurt you. So can anyone tell me how to make realistic water that will hurt you?

Nonsense. It would be easiest to explain outside of a chat, but it isn't that hard to explain through chat at all.
