Got $30, looking for good driving games.

I have $30 left of Christmas money and I'm looking to get something in the steam sale.
Can you guys recommend me some good Driving games?
I'm already thinking about Driver: San Francisco and Burnout: Paradise.

"games" and "driving" cannot be matched together unless its Mario Kart or something. The proper term is "Lets own some expensive cars and drive them around simulator".
