Alternative Download URL for Add-Ons not on CDN

Basically yeah. The moment you host an internet server the art will be uploaded to the CDN.

When you join a server it loads a bulk of stuff from the CDN, and then a few files really slow from the server.
What's with those files? Why aren't they on the CDN?

you evidentally don't understand how the loading process works; that's not what happens at all
