not really, however i don't know if tekkit lite has GregTech, if it does, then they cost like a diamond and tonne of stuff.

so yeah, when it comes down to it, it's pretty cheap if you have a lot of rubber.

13 rubber isn't a whole lot. You can get that from a few trees.
