I'm not sure whether to vote yes or no. I see Kalphiter's point here, and how Ephi seems to be removing all of Kalph's posts, but at the same time, it is Ephi's thread and some of Kalph's posts are just stuffting on RTB hosting.

Don't look at it this way, it's not all my posts. Any post responding to my post or their deletion was removed.

Check out the locking/deletion spree he went on with drama topics on him.

If you've gotten no where in the past 2 years then I'm not sure what more you could do.
