The problem is that he actually circumvented the flood protection by joining with multiple clients.

I saw this dude on Icy's server. His chat addon is really poor quality when it comes to conversations (as evidenced by the screens)

OOOOOOOH! I know what Eepos was doing!

On Facechild's server, he entertained us all by running his "word salad" chatbot. It takes random splices of random sentences in his chatlog and says it out loud with a schedule. It was hilarious, we made it say so many stupid things.

It's actually kind of cool when it's not overused.
