Nobody Can Connect to my Server

I'm not really sure whats going on. I've been able to host other games just fine but this one seems to disagree with my newer router. I have both portforwarded and have upnp enabled. occasionally someone can join, but most that try can't connect. Blockland is allowed through my firewall and ports 28000 - 28030 are open UDP and TCP.

I have been able to host Terraria, Minecraft, Company of Heros with no issues.
Anyone know whats going on here?
