Zombies perks Sounds

Hi people! Well. I have some maps of Zombies like Kino der toten and nuketown, nacht der untoten. I cant make perks because the sounds. We need this for zombies servers so we can add juggernog, click any brick and we have music and effect, like you click and you change datablock to any stronger player meanwhile hearing the Annoying Orangeets and all that things
