Id lean more towards him being one. Common mistakes people make when making alts and trying to come across as 'new' are overdoing the poor spelling, and over-dramatizing the ignorance of a new member.

For example, in the title the guy misspelt "forums" despite it being spelt correctly in the top left of the website. He also overreacted to us calling him an alt, and even managed to come up with this idiotic blurb:

However there is always the chance that he isnt an alt, so dont go tearing him apart without reason.
