Nothing is perfect, every system of govern has its flaws and people will exploit them to obtain more power. If there is anarchy people will probably just go around killing each other and refuse to cooperate to further better the race, technologies will be lost. Under a true democracy the city dwellers will compete with farms for water and resources and could easily lead to one politic party in power for a long time. Under a republic you can only vote for those who best represent you, but once they are in power they can the opposite of the things they said they would do. Under a technocracy the machine will only see the world in black and white, stealing a can of beans for your poor starving family makes a criminal in the machines eyes. With socialism taxes will increase in order to cover all the social programs. Under communism the government controls everything, only government officials make money.
