Street fighter 4 is probably the best place to start as it's not too fast or complex. The basic stuff street fighter teaches you, space control, anti airing, and mindgames will transfer over to other games. If you were to start with something like marvel or tekken you might be overwhelmed. You should check out the srk forums for more info, http://shoryuken.com/forum/index.php#discussion-groups.3 , they got a lot of useful guides and info on many games. |
