Air Traffic Control Chat

I need this for WhoCares' Airport Roleplay. It is needed for the ATC communication between the pilots and the ATC workers. It will be a channel that is really in a different channel, like the regular chat and the team chat. It must be easily accessible while flying, because it is hard to reach for the T, then type a huge sentence without falling out of the loving sky. Make it also easy to be seen by the ATC person, and the pilot. If someone can:
Make it also able to autofill your callsign. It will also be cool if it can detect your current airport, then you type in the airport you are going to go before flight clearance. Then you can simple press 1,2,3,4.... the stages of every one, into the chat, and it autofills everything to the ATC Channel.

You play on Community Projects. It is the same thing exact thing for the Roleplay, just on a base.
You honestly should get banned for this post. It was flaming, and also:
