but if you need to improve any image quality then feed it into the tetris machine.

well, i'm guessing you might know it should be 75x75 to get the most quality. try sharpening a bit in a program, or blur it a tiny bit to get rid of any abnormally sharp edges you don't want?

When erasing the edges for transparency do it at the original resolution, that way when you resize it to 75x75 they look smoother.
