And? Soon they'll run out of air, food and water and they'll slowly die off.

Besides, a mere colony on Venus isn't going to do jack stuff to me or the imperial covenant.

Plants... On Venus?

are you loving kidding me?

I'm sorry but... It's the Second planet closest to the sun and is basically a volcanic ball in space.

As your colony grows it'll need more soil or you'll undergo starvation.

the farming is done inside special sections for optimal conditions
if all else fails we can always take vdnus soil and work long and hard to make it plantabld

the plants have electrical light, regulated temperature and water
what more do you want

For you to be reasonable.

Electrical light isn't the same as sun.

Sun gives off 10,000 Candle Power at its ways away from earth as opposed to electrical lights which normally only give off 100, there are some other ones that give off more but the difference isn't enough to keep the plants alive for long.

Face it, your Venus Colonies going to die off, and even if it doesn't there's no way it'd be able to help your earth colony, and if it tried to the remainder of your people would be nothing more than ashes.

forget earth, I have venus
also I'm fairly sure peoplr grow plants indoors

Those are certain plants which can only be obtained from certain areas of the world and/or they put hundreds of dollars into lights, but even then the plants don't last long.

don't plants drop seeds or stuff

don't plants drop seeds or stuff

Seeds and Vegetation would burn up upon entering Venus's surface, or it'd be too hot for the plants to survive even. There's also a problem with the rain because due to the heat it'd instantly be evaporated.

>air

ever heard of em you would need a lot though if you want lots of people
>water
