Nvidia GTX 580 Severe Shader Lag

Finally someone that posts a help topic with DETAILS instead of just "help. blokland brok".

Blokland does that for all processors, the only thing that's accurate there is I think if there are II then it's dual core and III is quad core, I'm not sure anymore, and the ghz speed.
Have you tried Nvidia beta drivers GeForce.com? I've been an Nvidia user for a while and the beta drivers always great/better than normal. Download the latest ones or the ones that have the Nvidia symbol on then and are beta.
If you still are getting very low FPS then is most likely a hardware issue, make sure your fans in your graphics card are working and if so then it may be your power supply not giving out wattage or amps. I'd need to know your power supply specs.

I'm pretty sure I have an 1000 Watt psu. Also, i've tried beta drivers, and i get a slight increase.
