Uh, yes. It takes time, but you can get results that are just as good as the stuff you'd get in Photoshop.

i've seen some pretty good ones, actually, but i never bother to use it myself.

also, this would be a pretty good thread for creativity, though i'm not sure entirely that it belongs there.

I made the Battlefield 3 picture a while ago.
I also made some album cover of the triple x rated song by Excision.
I don't have them right now though.

you can make pretty neat stuff in ms paint with a lot of skill, but if you're looking for an art program just get paint.net, gimp, photoshop, or one of those things. ms paint isn't better than those things, so there's no reason not to get it.

Ms paint doesn't have anti aliasing, so you have to blend colors together and work without transparency. basically, you need to pixel art the forget out of that stuff.
