Siba's reason to at first perma ban then later change to 24 hours was invalid. Neither I or MDMA were pestering him. Does he know the definition of pestering? If anything Siba is the one pestering MDMA (and me indirectly since I helped construct the build and run my food business in there). Siba would not stop pestering MDMA about his brick and sibas attitude has implied that he does not care about the set rules, he is going to enforce his own set of rules. also if I may quote:

Sibas arguements are invalid and he has no right to override the official rule system, as well as not only were his ban reasons invalid but he abused his power as an administrator by banning us.

I wish he could have kept the conversation more mature and respectful as this was simply a debate, but that was quite uncalled for.

there is a time inwhich I unfortunately could not screenshot but he said "I dont feel like dealing with you stubborn children" Which is also breaking Rule 4. and is it that no one is willing to call him out on his rule breaks because he is an admin? Because he is an admin he can just get away with it and continue to go on with what he feels like?

They said that it was like an unwritten rule, but then, what defines what is and what is not an unwritten rule?

1, I did not break any rules it is not my lot.

Wouldn't it also be common sense to have some patience and wait for Jasa to come before attempting to take matters as such into your own hands?

We were not threatening you with rule #4, you were actually breaking it.

Overnight I left blockland running and while I was sleeping Siba IRCd me asking if I would like to rejoin the server and we can calmly continue to discuss the situation. I would like to take up on that offer.

Yet another point missed by three football fields' distance. Siba is not the focus of my argument here. I'm calling you handicapped for not listening to him then expecting him not to care. If someone named "child enthusiast Stalin" connected, guessed the admin password, then ordered you to follow a frivolous rule like not talking about dairy products, you'd still be loving handicapped if you don't comply then act surprised when he bans you for it.
