How to make prints?

I know it has to be a size but is their a way to resize prints in MS paint and could you give me the print sizes for it to work? thanks

For starters, you can't make GIF's a print.

Also, here's a pretty good stickied tutorial on how to package them etc.

Wait how do I resize files in ms.Paint?

I have no idea, which is why I reccomended paint.net.

Ok do you know how to use it in paint.net?

use the select tool to select whatever you want to make a print, copy it, click 'new' and enter the desired resolution in the window that opens.
Paste your image, select 'keep canvas size' and then just drag the corners of the image to fit the window.

I did everything you gave me I did everything, I put it in addons folder but now It isn't showing up
