How unpopular/infamous is Blockland?

I actually found out about it in 2009 when my mom's cousins son showed it to me. It was 4 months later after I noticed the name wasn't BlockWorld, feeling defeated that all of my searches gave me ROBLOX stuff(:C). I actually found it playing some TNT game on Addicting Games before diner, clicking the ad then saying, "Found Blockland." My Cousin moved onto ROBLOX... :C
On Topic: I actually like this small community, we all know each other. Though, it is the fact that we will all be the originals if Badspot fishes popularity for the game, which I will like.
TL;DR
I aint saying that Blockland needs to be small, but I like it how it is all small, everyone knowing each other(barely.) Though, we need more newer minds... newer servers.

You've hit the nail on the head. My friend pooterin/affguy showed me blockland, and I showed another friend.

I told my friends at school about it, and they called me gay. They said I'm immature for preferring a lego-like game over a blood curling fps, but act of the matter is, I just prefer this community more than an fps, surprisingly. I hate it though when they make fun of me for playing Blockland though, it's pretty stupid.

Blockland /is/ a FPS game, lol.
It is multiple types of games in one, infact, called an Addon System.
