I think he got banned because he kind of attacked the guy. I don't think he was actually trying to impersonate Xalos. He even said it in the chat.

Wow. Way to be egotistical. If it was Xa1os or something, maybe, but not just Xaos. And he doesn't even seem to be impersonating you in any way. He's not even hosting the same type of server.

Reminds me of a long time ago someone had their name GeneralScar. At the time I was using the name Galactic Panda and got all mad that he stole my name, saying that since my ID was lower I had the name first, so therefore he stole it. I was pretty stupid back then :/
