Who invented in old verison Blockand of add-ons (v001 to v21)

I remember Space Guy invented paint can spray, events, Minigame. OFC everybody know Ephialtes invented RTB Chat and IM.
I want know who make first vehicle was invented?
I wonder about this...who made row boat?
