I wanna play so badly, DayZ was so much fun and this seems like it would be awesome. Just curious though, is there any form of close quarters weapons like a bat or knife? There are times when you only have to dispatch one being, and they are unaware, but you dont wanna wake up the entire next 5 cities worth of zombies with a high powered rifle shot. |

I think a pistol will be fine, and control your shots, never liked the idea of melee too much unless it was a chainsaw or an axe. |

I don't follow. Control my shots? As in avoid shooting? From a lot of experience with pistol and rifle, they're both loud. You'd honestly have to be deaf to not hear a pistol shot from 4 houses away. By the sounds of your game, you've reworked everything, so glitching or jump/shooting won't work with zombies. Have you factored in head shots? But yeah, if it's not too late I'd really recommend melee for those people who prefer silent striking over bullet rain. |
