Zombie Server Questions [Still need Info]

I am thinking about POSSIBLY hosting my old zombies server. It will need some renovating though to increase the build quality. I do have some questions though. If you would fill this out, that would greatly help me.

Weapon Set: T+T / BKT / H&K / Sgt. A. Walter's / Other (please post)
Food: Yes / No
Weapons: Buyable; 1 spot (shop) / Buyable; spread out / Findable
Explosives: Yes (Highly Priced) / No
Types of Zombies: Zombie Slow / Zombie Normal / Zombie Slow + few Tanks / Zombie Normal + few Tanks

Thats all I can think of for now! Thanks.
