I got frustrated kinda early on because it felt more like an action game with leveling elements than a true RPG.
The only exciting thing about the game is the combat, and even that gets repetitive. I can't ever press myself to walk through towns or anything, and end up powergaming the forget out of it.

mods are what the game is about. i've spend hundreds of hours playing warband modded
