not sure if that qualifies as spam in Kong's eyes but yeah I thought it was pretty unfair especially for a whole day, but at least he unbanned him.

This was a very poorly put together post on your behalf. First of all, jlc513 had not only said that statement once, but upwards towards seven or more times, each time with more and more exclamation points. And if you look at his spelling, it just further displays the stupidity. Even then, he didn't irc or complain to anyone. He will learn from the ban, and he'll come back tomorrow. Simple as that.

The final image; Kel'Block had been asked by three people, not including myself, if we could get our items back if we presented proof of some form. Before giving back our items, Kel asked the only available super admin at the time; Wound. Wound gave him the go ahead, so Kel started returning weapons. When it became my turn, Wound teleported over and asked "wtf is going on." After Kel explained that he was giving items back to the players, like Wound had okay'd, Wound claimed he was on a skype chat with someone (cowboy6 I believe, but that's a guess.) After that, he also claimed that he "didn't understand what Kel meant," even though at the time he seemed perfectly understanding. Upon being told to stop, Kel DID d-wand the brick, and he stopped returning weapons.
Tl;dr - Kel doing his job, wound contradicting himself, Pass being his forget buddy. Surprise surprise.

He got unbanned because be and CowBoy explained it didn't deserve a day ban, that's pretty unacceptable, I wish I could have seen these chats of him warning him to stop, good thing the mute function I put in, hopefully no more bans for that.

kel banned a guy for a whole day for literally this: !!!!!!!!!!!1111!!!!11!!!

I think Kel is a great admin, I just think he kind of over does his punishments for people.

Why you should be admin:I believe I have noticed many things in this server that have been spammed and afkers I want to be ablle to help the server more and make the server peaceful and a happy fun game to play! :nes:
