Problem with mouse scrolling

I have a problem with mouse scrolling where i scroll down and the scroll line goes up a little
it happens in chrome and blockland or so
What should I do to fix it?

the line at the right side. the page scrolls up a little bit sometimes when i scroll down

yes I play MW3 BO2 BO1 GMOD and other stuffe i didn't download
6 games on steam total and 2 other games MC and BL

anyway yeah youre going to need a new mouse, i dont think it has anything to do with your comp

are you sure it isn't a problem with my comp? because i dont know if it is or not. I dont want to blow my money on  a whole new mouse for nothing.
