sim city isnt the kind of game that needs cheating. i mean the goal is to budget and deal with issues.
if you just quickly had a city what exactly is the point of even opening up the game?

For me the problem was always just actually having money immediately. I always found myself taking out loans for everything but I guess that's part of reality lol.
